Ask any really good guitarist who some of the greatest living players are and there's a very good chance you will hear the name "Coco Montoya". Coco Montoya is considered by many (including myself) to be one of the greatest guitar players of our time.

Coco began his musical career in the mid 70's as a drummer for blues great Albert Collins. Later on, Albert Collins showed Coco how to play guitar. Eventually, Coco left Collins' band and went on to form his own. Being a fan of Albert Collins, I have always had a deep appreciation for Coco Montoya. He is one of the finest guitarists out there.

Coco was in town on Friday night, playing at the Tralf. I was hunting in Allegany County and could not be there, but my good friend Tom Garwol was there and took these shots for you to enjoy.
