Dashboard Camera Captures Storm, Fire in Buffalo, NY [VIDEO]

The storm last weekend brought several inches of rain to Buffalo and Western New York. As first responders were making their rounds, this video was captured.

The forecast calls for more rain on Thursday some of which may be heavy and cause flooding.
