You ever get a ticket in Buffalo recently? It isn't cheap. 40 bucks now, and don't think about paying it late or the upcharge fees are pretty big too. Lilly Williams got a parking ticket on her vehicle on Thursday and when she opened up the orange envelope that you're supposed to send back to City, it was filled with money already.

"I was baffled. It's sad that things like this don't happen more often, but after I got past the shock factor, I was like wow, this is awesome. I'd love to know so that I can pay it forward, but I think that's kind of the point. It's a random act of kindness", according to WIVB.

Some people are commenting asking why someone would pay for someone else's mistake--it wasn't some bad luck or misfortune. Others are wondering if the whole thing was staged. What do you think?
