Additional Information

The Ismaila Shrine Temple, 1598 Southwestern Blvd. in West Seneca is hosting a benefit for the family of Rich and Kim Bummer.  It runs from 3 pm to 7 pm. on Saturday, November 14th to help Rich and Kim with overwhelming medical expenses.
On July 17, 2015, Rich suffered a severe heart attack and had to be airlifted from Medina Hospital to Mercy Hospital for emergency surgery. When he was released from hospital, Rich had to wear a Zoll Life Vest (Portable Defibrillator) and was monitored for 6 weeks, which the insurance will not pay for. Rich’s current insurance covers a percentage on some of the medical expenses, but not all of them.
While recovering, Rich received notification that he will no longer have a job at the end of September. Kim has spinal degeneration with 2 spinal fusions, Lupus, and a seizure disorder which makes her unable to work to help support the family and pay the accumulating medical expenses.
To make this benefit a success, we are asking for any type of donation that you could give: Theme baskets, items to make a theme basket, or gift cards. All items will be labeled with “compliments of “your company name/or individual name.
For your convenience, use the form below and send to Sally Brown, 4290 Highland Ave., Blasdell, New York 14219, or call 716-821-0309 and arrangements can be made for pick up of items.
We appreciate for your consideration and support of this family.
