The Collins Center Fire Company will be having their Spring Chicken Barbeque on Sunday, March 20th. Dinners include 1/2 BBQ chicken, buttered salt potatoes, macaroni salad, cole slaw, roll w/ butter and your choice of dessert. The Collins Center Fire Company members barbeque the chicken themselves while they prepare the salt potatoes that morning and the Ladies' Auxiliary prepares the salads fresh the day before! This is a dinner you won't want to miss! They begin serving at 11:30 am.
