This is the 3rd annual Frederick Garrasi III Memorial 5K run/walk. Freddy was a 24 year old Town of Evans Police Officer killed in a tragic motorcycle accident on May 3, 2013.
All proceeds from the 5K event are put into a Memorial Scholarship Fund which benefits two seniors from Lake Shore High School each year.

Sign in/registration begins at 7am, the race begins at 9:15am, awards at 11am. Family-friendly after party with optional beer blast from 11am-4pm.
Registration is $20 in advance, $25 the day of the event. Pre-registration guarantees a race shirt. A family and kid-friendly after party with bounce house, food, raffles, and live entertainment will follow. $10 in addition to race fee ($15 for non-racers) will provide admission to beer blast at party. Beer blast tickets will be available the day of with proper ID.
