Familiar Face Back On Buffalo Waterways

A very familiar boat is back on Buffalo's waterway as of today.

The Buffalo Fire Department's fireboat and icebreaker the Edward M. Cotter is back in American waters. The boat was being repaired and getting work done in Toronto.
