Fiji Water Girl Now Suing Fiji Water

Do you remember the Fiji Water Girl who was photobombing all the Hollywood stars at this year's Golden Globes?  Well...she now wants a little more than water.

The Fiji Water Girl, whose name is Kelleth Cuthbert, is now suing the water company for using her likeness without her consent.

Cuthbert is suing because Fiji started putting cardboard cutouts of her around L.A. and she says she never gave them permission.

She also claims that she gave Fiji $12 million in free advertising after she went viral at the Golden Globes

She is suing for an undisclosed amount.
