I could yell it from the roof tops, or truck tops? Food Truck Tuesday's have officially started in Buffalo! Now this is what I consider the real sign that spring is here. Great people, live music and amazing food can all be found every Tuesday in Larkinville, and if it couldn't get any better, parking and entrance into the event is FREE to attend! The 2018 season started with 26 trucks in attendance and great live music that kept everyone moving around and neglecting the rather chilly temps. WGRZ spoke with the organizer Leslie Zemsky, who had this to say;

".. the success of Food Truck Tuesday is reflective of the revitalization of the neighborhood. As our neighborhood has grown, we are also really proud of how we help the small businesses because there are a lot of food truck operators who got their ideas by coming to Food Truck Tuesday. We hear a story of, oh I came every single week the year before to study how it’s done. There’s a lot of networking and support between food truck operators. It’s great for a neighborhood, great for Buffalo, but it’s also wonderful for all the small businesses,” says  Zemsky.

  A change from the last few year's is this year's Food Truck Tuesday's kick off earlier to help with crowding and amount of wait time to get your favorite food! You can now enter starting at 4:30pm. I'll see you there next week and remember, save room for dessert!
