Georgia State Head Coach Tears Achilles Tendon While Celebrating Win
The Georgia State Panthers won by two points in an insanely close game against the Georgia Southern Eagles on Sunday to win the Sun Belt Championship and decided to celebrate. Celebrations are always great, right? It seems that head coach Ron Hunter, in the tremendous excitement of the victory, tore his Achilles tendon.
Let's hope Hunter has a speedy recovery now that Georgia State is going to the Big Dance. He'll need both his legs if he plans to celebrate again if his team pulls the upset and beats Baylor on Thursday.
