Google Is The Number One Job Choice

Where do young professionals want to work?  One in four say Google would be their first choice.  Consulting firm Universum surveyed 10,000 young people around the country and the majority said working for Google would be their dream job.  Apple came in second, followed by the Walt Disney Company.  A spokesman for Universum said "People nowadays love to work for companies that produce their favorite products and services.  Companies that have appealing consumer brands generally succeed in being perceived as attractive employers."

According to Universum, here's the Top Ten Ideal Employers for Young Professionals:

1. Google
2. Apple
3. The Walt Disney Company
4. U.S. Department of State
5. Amazon
6. FBI
7. Microsoft
8. Central Intelligence Agency
9. NASA
10. Teach for America (teaching jobs in low-income communities)
