We've hit the time of year when cabin fever begins to set in but it's not warm enough for outdoor activities.  So what do you do?  Binge watch shows.  I'm somewhat behind the curve when it comes to the shows everyone is talking about.  For instance, I binged 'Breaking Bad' after it went of the air and started 'Orange is the New Blank' in it's 3rd season.

My list may not be what is popular, but if you like funny or soap opera type shows then this list is for you.

In no particular order here are 5 shows I recommend a good binge on!

    Teachers

This is an off-colored comedy about women Teachers in the Chicago area at Fillmore Elementary School.  Each character brings something different to the table and most story lines are far-fetched, but entertaining.  It's an easy watch for a good laugh.  3 seasons on TV Land

    Grace + Frankie

Comedy gold starring Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin as two women who's husbands leave them after having a 20 year affair.  That was the initial premise of the show, but its much that.  Throw in their kids and business adventures and you have one of the best shows I've ever binged.  Season 4 was just released on Netflix and I finished it in one day.

    Feud - Bette + Joan

Yes this aired last year on FX and I was glued to my chair for all 8 episodes.  Jessica Lange as Joan Crawford and Susan Surandon as Bette Davis.  It gave us a look at old Hollywood and the feud these two ladies shared as they competed and starred in films side by side.  If you like Hollywood glam and history you'll love this series.

    Scandal

In it's final season on ABC and it's still as thrilling as season one.  If you haven't watched Scandal and love twists, turns, backstabbing politics without being preachy this show is one to watch.  Liv and Gladiators do bad things for the greater good or some cases not so greater good.  It's one of favorites shows of the last ten years.  I'll miss this one when its gone.

    Schitt's Creek

A Canadian television sitcom created by Eugene Levy, who also stars in the show. The family loses their fortune due to their business manager's failure to pay their taxes. As a result, they are forced to rebuild their lives using their sole remaining asset: a small town named Schitt's Creek, which they had bought, as a joke, for their son's birthday years before.  This show is hilarious because of the cast Catherine O'Hara, Eugene Levy, Chris Elliott and the levy sibling's Dan and Sarah.  If you wanna good laugh, look up Schitt's Creek
