Important Deadline For Buffalo Bills Season Ticket Holders This Friday
We're only one week into the 2021 regular season for the Buffalo Bills, but we're already having a ton to discuss when it comes to both the team and Highmark Stadium.
In case you missed the news, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz and Pegula Sports and Entertainment announced a new vaccine mandate for all events at Highmark Stadium and KeyBank Center.
All those ages 12 and over must provide proof of vaccine to enter either venue.
Starting September 25th, everyone ages 12 and over must have at least one vaccine dose and that runs until October 31st. By then, you must have completed your vaccine dosage and be 14 days removed from your final vaccine dose to be considered fully vaccinated.
Many are wondering what happens with Bills season ticket holders? As in, what happens if a season ticket holder refuses to get the vaccine?
Season ticket holders can get a refund if they won't get the vaccine but will lose their seats and seniority.
According to Ron Raccuia of PSE, who was a guest on WBEN radio in Buffalo, season ticket holders have until Friday (September 17th) to request a refund, after the vaccine mandate was announced yesterday.
Masks will no longer be required at both Highmark Stadium and KeyBank Center, because of the vaccine requirements, but is still strongly encouraged in indoor areas.
The first event with the new requirements at KeyBank Center is the Eric Church concert on September 25th. The Bills host The Washington Football Team the following day at Highmark Stadium, September 26th.
