A SCRABBLE board was almost launched across a quiet West Seneca neighborhood over the weekend. I'm sure everyone has gotten to this point over a game of Monopoly but SCRABBLE? I won't tell you what side I'm on so we can have an impartial verdict but we need to get to the bottom of this soon!

The next play was made using a blank tile as the letter "S" to make the word SCAT.

So the debate? Is this move allowed? If it is, what would the scoring be tallied?
