The good news today is that we won't see a lot of new snow across Western New York; the bad news is that the latest cold front is bringing bitterly cold temperatures across Western New York. With another round of gusty, snowy weather coming our way, the National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for all of Western New York.

Bitter Cold Will Last For A While In Western New York

If you are hoping for some warmer weather here in Western New York, you might end up waiting for a long time. The 30-day long-range forecast is calling for below-freezing high temperatures for the rest of January and through much of February. The next chance we have to have a high above 32 degrees is on February 20th.

If you are going to be outdoors over the next several weeks, make sure you bundle up and limit your exposure outdoors.
