Buffalo Bills star quarterback Josh Allen and star Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Cam Heyward got into it multiple times yesterday. The Bills won the game 26-7 in a physically dominant performance that saw the Bills rush for more yards than any in the Steelers' current stadium. At one point, Heyward and Allen were in each other's faces. The question is, why?

Why Cam Heyward Was Upset With Josh Allen

Heyward claimed, in a post-game interview, that Allen kneed him in the stomach. He also says he was frustrated because Allen, as a quarterback, i sprotected and Heyward is not protected the same way.

Heyward claims Allen told him, "I had to do something to get you off of me." He also says Allen did it intentionally.

Did Josh Allen Knee Cam Heyward in the Stomach?

In the video below, it doesn't appear that he does...

So either it happened on another play, or Heyward is mistaken. Clearly in the video, Allen does not knee Heyward, but there's an immediate scuffle.

What can not be denied is how physical this game really was. There were several dust-ups. Allen was the victim of a hit while sliding and defenseless that went uncalled and unpenalized. In the end, of course, Buffalo got the best of Pittsburgh. Buffalo is now 8-4 on the year and holds the final wildcard playoff spot in the AFC.

Next up for the Buffalo Bills, they host the Cincinnati Bengals at 1 pm on Sunday at Highmark Stadium.
