Jo Dee Messina is a busy singer, songwriter, wife and mom of two boys, five-year-old Noah and two-year-old Jonah. But the songstress decided it was finally time to take care of herself, and she's inviting her fans to join in on the process.

Messina  launched her Beachbody 21 Day Fix Challenge on social media, and quickly had 275 members within 24 hours. As part of the challenge, Messina will be in contact with fellow members, who can work to motivate and inspire each other while they complete 30-minute workouts and eat portion-controlled meals. The 'A Woman's Rant' singer will also be in touch with her fellow teammates to inspire them as the entire group works toward their own personal weight loss and fitness goals.

"I am finally taking time for me. With my two boys ages two and five, I've decided I need to get healthy,” Messina says. “I've always been a runner but the 21 Day Fix includes workouts, food plans AND a team of amazing people to get in shape with. I am so looking forward to the Challenge and working with the fans who have signed up to be a part of this with me."

Messina chose the Beachday 21 Day Fix because of its proven results and hands-on help from fitness coaches. It utilizes weights or bands, cardio, Pilates, Yoga and more. More information on the program is available here.

Fans wanting to keep track of Messina's progress can follow her on Facebook and Twitter.

The 43-year-old is maintaining her fitness goals while crossing the country, promoting her recent 'Me' album. She will head to Utah and Alabama later this week. See all of her upcoming shows here, and order 'Me' here.
