As Bills fans, we often feel like we're cursed. Ask any of us, and they'll probably agree. But there's no question that, when it comes to Josh Allen, we really hit the jackpot.

Yesterday, an interview aired with Josh Allen as he fielded questions from long-time ESPN anchor Chris Berman. They talked about how everything in Josh's life is new these days. He's got a new wife, and a new baby. He started a new decade in his life as he moves into his 30's. In his professional life, he gets a new coach and a new stadium.

He went through all of Josh's new things methodically, and he did a great job. But the entire time, all I kept thinking was how we got so lucky.

We could have gotten someone who doesn't care about us

Football in the NFL is a business. Players go where they are told to go, and many of them change teams multiple times throughout their careers. Players don't get drafted here because they want to live here, but when they choose to make Western New York their home, it feels that much better.

It's incredibly organic how much he seems to appreciate Western New York. Sure, there's a good chance that when this is all done for him, he will move back home to California to be close to his family. But for now, he's made this his community and he's embraced Western New York as if it was his own hometown. He gives back

Could you have a more selfless player than Josh Allen?

If you watched the interview, you may have noticed how many times he said that he wants to win for other people. He wants to pay his teammates back for working so hard. He wants to bring the Lombardi back to Buffalo because he wants it for the people of Western New York.

Plus, he might be the best player we've ever seen at his position

There are a million reasons why we love Josh Allen in Westen New York. But what really makes it easy is how much fun he is to watch.

This guy gives us exciting games every week. Granted, there are plenty of times where he gives us a heart attack at the same time, but man, is it fun to watch him play. When he's comfortable and having fun, there's nothing better for a football fan than to watch some of the things that this guy can do.

This dude is a treasure in Buffalo. I know I'm gushing about him but I'm not sure if I've ever seen another player who is more loved by a fanbase than Josh Allen is. We all want him to win. That's why we watch. But as much as he wants to win it for us, I think we all want him to win it for himself too.
