KFC’s Double Down Vs. The Egg
Here's the deal, one egg yolk can have about 215 to 275 milligrams of cholesterol, depending on its size. A Double Down sandwich, which consists of bacon and cheese sandwiched by two pieces of fried chicken, has 150 milligrams of cholesterol. Ok so the egg packs a cholesterol punch so to speak but what about calories? You can probably guess which has more. Now, back to eating leftover Halloween candy by the handful.
