You CANNOT Do This At The New Buffalo Bills Stadium per New York State Law
It is shocking that so many people want to do this at the home of the Buffalo Bills. You CANNOT bring your dead relatives anymore to the Buffalo Bills stadium and it happens way more than you think.
People love to bring their deceased relatives to Bills games.
You can imagine that, because this is the last year in the old Buffalo Bills stadium, this is going to be happening a lot. When someone passes away and is cremated, there are so many vases that make it into the Buffalo Bills stadium, and people want to bring their loved ones to "watch" a Bills game, and a lot have the goal to actually spread the ashes inside the stadium. Of course, that is a health hazard, and New York State does not allow that.
However, the Buffalo Bills are great, and it's amazing how they handle this.
Some officials from the team say that they actually have a location for the vases or urns to watch the game. They have actually taken urns down to the training center where they have some big TV set up and they'll put the urn right by there so they can have the "best seats in the house" and then their loved ones can pick up the vase or earn after the game.
It is going to be an emotional year for a lot of fans as there are so many memories for the 60-plus years that fans have been going to that stadium. Some season ticket members have had the tickets in their family for generations.
The Buffalo Bills plan to start the 2026 season in the brand-new stadium. The current Buffalo Bills stadium is set to be knocked down not too long afterward.
