Are you looking for another side dish to add to your already full Thanksgiving day dinner table??  Did your casserole last year turn out "not-so-delicious"??  Well, Reba to the rescue.  Reba McEntire was nice enough to share one of her favorite Thanksgiving day recipes with us.  Reba's Praline Sweet Potato Casserole!!  It's pretty easy to do!  Start by pre-heating the oven to 350 degrees.

-Grease a casserole dish

-Mash sweet potatoes and mix with granulated sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, margarine and eggs.

-Spoon the sweet potato mixture into the casserole dish.

-Next, mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the potato casserole.    (topping ingredients- See ingredients list below)

-Bake for 30 minutes.  Dish will serve 6 people!!!

INGREDIENTS

-Potato mixture: 1 40oz. can of drained sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. margarine (melted), 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt,  & 2 large eggs.

-Topping mixture: 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of chopped pecans, 3 tbsp. flour & 2 tbsp. of melted margarine.
