I'm ashamed to say that I watched a ton of TV growing up. I loved it. Let me add that this is a list that I put together off the top of my head of the top 5 TV shows that I watched while I was growing up. This list came before we had real remote controls. I was the remote control during these shows. Feel free to add your favorites in the comments below!

    The A-Team

I remember begging to stay up and watch, Hanibal, Face, B.A. Baracus and the rest of the crew drive around in their sweet van. I pity the fool that didn't like this show.

    Alf

This was one of the coolest aliens you would ever want to meet. He loved to eat cats and he was from a planet named Melmac. His real name was Gordon Shumway but he went by Alf (Acronym for Alien Life Form). Everybody in school had an Alf stuffed animal or something that had Alf on it. But don't make the mistake and think that the animated series was anywhere as cool as the original.

    Full House

Danny Tanner, Uncle Jessie, Uncle Joey and the girls. This was before the baby twins that played Michelle grew up to dress like old ladies and Jody Sweetin became addicted to meth. I had a huge crush on DJ (Deej as her dad would call her) and unfortunately the Cut, It, Out thing was no longer cool in high school.

    The Dukes Of Hazzard

How could you not love this show? They're just some good ol' boys never meanin' no harm. Honestly, I think I have to say the least about this show than any of the others on the list. But once again I will add that Bo and Luke Duke were much cooler than their cousins Coy and Vance. 99% of the time spinoffs are nowhere near as good as the original. This is a good example of that.

    Night Court

I probably watched every single episode of this show. Not because I watched it every night but because they showed repeats of it at 5 o'clock every night and I'd rather watch that than the news when I was a kid. Half of the jokes I didn't really understand but laughed anyway. I couldn't understand why Harry was such a fan of Mel Torme. But I loved Bull. I think he was the biggest reason to watch it.
