The 3,125-square-foot, three-bedroom, four-bathroom 19th century structure is on the market for a whopping $4,150,000, according to Realtor.com.

The new owner just finished closing on the house a few weeks back and nobody knew who bought it. In fact, the new owner is the creator of Full House, Jeff Franklin himself.

The property now has a red door once again. The previous owners painted it a seafoam green color, but Franklin made the change one of his first orders of new homeowner business, a detail that will surely please fans", according to the Huffington Post.

He says about 250 a day come to look at the house and take pictures.
