Nail Salons and Tattoo Shops Will Reopen During Phase 3 In WNY
Western New York is on track for Phase 3 of reopening next Tuesday. If all goes well, here is what will be open to the public.
According to WIVB, New York State has released the guidelines for Phase 3 reopening.
Phase 3 is mainly about personal services businesses and places that will be allowed to reopen include;
Personal care services include tattoo and piercing facilities, appearance enhancement practitioners, massage therapy, spas, cosmetology, UV and non-UV tanning, and nail and waxing services.
Also, restaurants will be allowed to have indoor dining as long as they limit their capacity to 50% of normal and have tables that are at least 6 feet apart. Workers and Customers will also have to follow all CDC guidelines when it comes to mask-wearing and social distancing.
