Did you see how the broadcast of NBC Nightly News began on Tuesday night?  Right as the program began a fire alarm sounded in the studio and anchor Brian Williams handled it like the pro he is.  But the question is how did he know there was no danger?

We've had fire alarms go off in the building we're in and we were ordered to leave.  We're lucky enough to be able to automate the programming on the station - the music will continue to play for a while, but what do you do when a live network TV broadcast is interrupted by an emergency?  Brian Williams just pressed on.
