New Drive-In Theater Has Popped Up In Buffalo at Old Kmart
Indoor movie theaters are still closed right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Hopefully, they open up again soon, but in the meantime, the drive-in has been the way people are watching movies out of the house, and a new one just popped up in North Buffalo.

According to WKBW, the Dark Alley Drive-In is taking over the parking lot of the old Kmart store, that used to be on Hertel Avenue in North Buffalo.
It's meant as "Buffalo's premiere alternative pop-up cinema.."
The musical-rock drama Purple Rain will be shown on Friday and Saturday at 9 pm. The Toxic Avenger will be shown on August 14th at 9 pm.
You can purchase tickets online for the shows. It cost $10 per car. According to WKBW, the movie's soundtrack will be shared via an FM radio station!
The organizers of the Dark Alley Drive-In say that shows will run until indoor movie theaters are allowed to reopen in Western New York and New York State.
More drive-in movie theaters are absolutely welcomed!
