New E-Cigarette Laws In Erie County For 2019?

Those who purchase e-cigarettes in Erie County may have new restrictions to be aware of in 2019.

If the Erie County Legislature approves a pending law,  those under 21 would not be able to buy e-cigarettes.

According to Metro Source News:

Lawmakers met Thursday to discuss ideas.  Some experts say the age to buy e-cigarettes in Erie County should be raised from 18 to 21.

Twenty other counties in New York have a similar law in place.
