New Piano Bar Set To Open In Western New York
Pretty soon you will have a new place to sing your hearts out, have a cold drink, and see a battle between two local musicians while they tickle the ivories.

The application for a license to sell liquor at a retail location was filed this month for the location at 391 Washington Street in Buffalo.
Bittersweet Piano Lounge is expected to open at the Hotel At The Lafvette and will be taking over the space that was occupied by Bourbon & Butter. WGRZ reported that the piano lounge is being opened by Gino Drake and that he is hoping to have his liquor license approved by the state later this month or early in October.
The Bittersweet Piano Lounge would be one of only a few "Piano" bars in WEstern New York and would offer people a chance to enjoy food, drinks, and music in a high-end environment.
Yelp! has only two other piano bars listed for Western New york. They include The Old Bistro and Piano Bar located in Fort Erie, Canada, and The Walmore Inn which is located off Lockport Road in Sanborn.
One of my favorite piano bars ever was located in Myrtle Beach, SC. It is called Crocodile Rocks and features two piano players playing requests and has song-offs throughout the night. If you ever head to Myrtle for a vacation, check out Crocodile rocks located at Broadway at the Beach.
An official opening date for the Bittersweet Piano Lounge has not been announced yet.
