Is there a need for a new coffee shop in your neighborhood or on the way to work?

In a recent survey on Twitter, I asked what locations or intersections would need a new Tim Horton's or Starbucks. Although there were a few who claimed we don't need any new locations, the list below was a result of the most popular responses.
