A rare Nor'easter is expected to bring plenty of rain across New York State this week. While today will be mainly dry, that will change tomorrow and through the rest of the week.

Nor'easter Bearing Down On New York State

A major Nor'easter is expected to bring heavy rain and possible severe weather across parts of New York State. It is expected to impact the New York City and downstate area the most, with central New York and Western New York getting a light touch from the storm.

The Nor'easter is expected to impact the state starting on Tuesday and will bring rain tomorrow, Wednesday, and into Thursday.

Depending on which weather map you look at, there could be up to 3 or 4 inches of rain over the next several days.
