Salute to Seniors: Maxine Eldridge

This week we salute Maxine Eldridge. Maxine was nominated by her granddaughter Christinia Eldridge. Christinia writes:

My grandmother, Maxine has a love for life and adventure like no other. She is 92 years old and acts like she is 25! She is very active in her community. She attends The Golden Age Club on Grand Island regularly. She is a member of Tuesday Crafters . She makes cancer caps for patients around WNY.. She also makes lap robes for Veterans and elderly people at local nursing homes. She spends money out of her own pocket for supplies along with any material that is donated. She is a very generous, strong willed, loving individual who deserves recognition for all her hard work.
