So Who Has The Better Price? Target OR Wal-Mart?

I visit my local Wal-Mart so often that I am on a first name basis with the guys in the Automotive department. I go to Wal-Mart for all my oil changes and many automotive products. I also buy a lot of my pistol, rifle and shotgun ammo there as well.  My only real beef with Wal-Mart is that they stopped selling firearms a few years back. So who would you say has better prices: Target OR Wal-Mart? Yahoo.com has a story that may really surprise you.
