Bizarre + Chaotic Chase in Springville, New York

There is a very chaotic chase that happened in Springville, New York that has the internet talking. The chase involved a bunch of people running from what appears to be a police car, a scooter, a white van and it happened right by the Walmart and Dollar Tree in Springville.
