Stefon Diggs Brings Buffalo to Tears With Comments on Josh Allen
The Buffalo Bills will play the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium this Sunday afternoon for what is likely the number one looked-forward to game in the NFL this season.
It's not only a rematch of the AFC Divisional game from January, which many say is the best NFL playoff game of all-time, but it also features the top two teams in the AFC standings at 4-1.
Stefon Diggs is having a tremendous season so far for the Bills.
Diggs has 39 catches for over 500 yards and five touchdowns through the first five weeks, which means he's on pace for 130 catches and over 1,600 receiving yards, which would break the marks he set in 2020.
It's no secret that Diggs has been amazing since arriving in Buffalo from the Minnesota Vikings in March of 2020.
Fans and analysts thought Diggs with Josh Allen would not work but not only has it worked, they have arguably the best chemistry in the NFL -- outside of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce.
Diggs appeared on Von Miller's podcast this week and explained what was going through his mind in Minnesota and what Allen has meant to his career.
The quotes are incredible.
"This is that quarterback that God had for me at the end of the tunnel," said Diggs.
Diggs said that he wanted himself to be the best receiver in the league and he wasn't reaching his full potential in Minnesota.
It's incredible the respect that Allen and Diggs have for one another and just how much this has worked. It cannot be understated just how well these two mesh. They truly know where each other is on the field and love each other off the field.
