Stolen Truck Returned With Help From Facebook

Facebook has it's benefits!

A man in California had his truck stolen and through the power of social media was able to recover the truck!

After the photo was shared 500+ times, the man was able to get his truck back and a suspect was taken in to custody.

Contrary to popular belief and use, Facebook can be used for more than food pictures and "leg day" updates.

According to the report,

Hours after Keresey posted the photo of his truck, a friend of a friend he had never met logged onto Facebook, saw the post and thought she recognized the truck as the same vehicle she had seen at a Petaluma gas station earlier in the evening.
