Strong Winds For These Portions Of New York State

The new week begins with a wind advisory for portions of New York State. As the cold and frost air moves through, there is another warm up on the way this week as we make to the halfway mark of March already!

Did you remember to set that clock ahead an hour this weekend? We sprang forward and it seems to hit you harder on Monday than you may have expected. The days are getting longer and the actual start of spring is just a few more days away.

Most of us who grew up in New York State know that March weather is all over the map. As we have already seen this month, temperatures can go from very cold, to very warm and back to frigid again!!

As far as the time change, the New York State DMV warns drivers that you may feel a little more drowsy than normal and to be extra cautious on the roads.
