Now that 'How I Met Your Mother' spinoff 'How I Met Your Dad' seems to have fallen through, the CBS lineup looks a little bereft of anything we might normally follow. And now with CBS' acquisition of Thursday Night Football, the full fall 2014 schedule looks a little jumbled with 'The Big Bang Theory' filling in for 'HIMYM' Mondays, while 'Elementary' and others move to October to accommodate football.

Carrie Underwood is preparing for her co-hosting duties for the CMA Awards with Brad Paisley November 9th.  But before we see her on the CMA's we get a chance to watch her partner with crooner Tony Bennett on the hit CBS show Blue Bloods starring Tom Selleck

Carrie Underwood will appear as herself along with crooner Tony Bennett on the second season premiere of the CBS TV drama ‘Blue Bloods’.  Carrie and Tony will sing together as themselves during a fundraiser scene on the show September 23.
