Cryo-Therapy
I had heard about this treatment from a friend who had tried it to alleviate some pain he had from playing years of hockey. I thought, after taking a few years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it might work for me. It's Cryotherapy, and it was a really cool experience with our friends at Pur Life.
