The start of the archery season for deer in Western New York is a week away (10/1) and there are some changes that hunters should be aware of.

It's almost like a real life Bambi.

This doesn't happen everyday.

Why would you do this? This guy from Cheektowaga is accused of shooting and killing a baby deer in the middle of a neighborhood. It's not legal, ethical or smart, considering the children that are in the area.

Quick -- do an impression of a deer. Can you? And is it even close to what this deer sounds like?

It's short, sweet and hilariously to the point! I'm surprised they didn't use something else to try and get rid of the deer! They may look cute at first, but when they take up residence in your back yard it becomes a different story!

Here's one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments that this guy was lucky enough to watch (for quite some time). A deer wandered in his backyard and ended up playing with his young pup for a little. You'll see the dog chase after the deer and than they switch roles over and over again...

Thank God this guy is still around and it sounds like he's going to end up being all right! This injured deer found himself walking through the campus of Hilbert in Hamburg and took a spill in the pond and couldn't get out. Luckily, help was on the way...

A man near the Golden Gate Bridge who was wearing a head-mounted camera crashed into a deer and it was all caught on footage.
