I went to Lancaster High School where during my high school career some of the weirdest things were banned. Going down the laundry shoot and bouncy balls were a couple of them I can remember. The laundry shoot. You would think you didn't have to tell people to go down a laundry shoot, right...

There are pranks and then there's this. This guy thought it would be hilarious if he duped people into thinking a stroller with a baby in it fell into the water while he was busy asking them to take a picture.
