New Yorkers found a loophole to avoiding a fine all while sneaking their dog on the subway.

Jared Fogle, the well-known former spokesman for Subway, will serve at least five years in prison for allegedly having sex with two minors and for possession and distribution of child pornography.

Federal officials raided the home of Subway pitchman Jared Fogle on Tuesday morning as part of a child pornography investigation.

How cool is this?  This construction worker wants to give back to the people who listen to the noise and deal with the traffic problems so he sings Frank Sinatra's "Summerwind" on his lunch break.  He's good!  For a little while in the beginning I thought he was just lip synching it.  Judge for yourself...

I was browsing a few sites and came across this story on huffingtonpost.com about cities that spend the most at fast food restaurants. I would have thought for certain that Buffalo,NY would have made the top ten. You can drive into any town around Western New York and find at least one fast food place and in some cases there are two or three!

How long have people been using the term "footlong?"  A national restaurant is now claiming that it's their term.
