Ticks

When Brad Paisley came out with his song "Ticks," lots of people laughed and thought it was funny. I did too...until the other night when I found one on myself!

Summer brings warm weather, sunshine, and outdoor fun.  But it also brings out the bugs!  Time to start checking your pets for ticks!

We're all spending a lot more time outside now, and certainly have more skin showing. This summer especially, we should all be extra cautious when it comes to our (and our pets') exposure to ticks and other disease-carrying bugs. Since we had such a mild WNY winter, more ticks were able to survive...
