Four hundred cities around the world are sharing in the frozen fun. Efforts to bring Uber to Buffalo and the rest of upstate New York are at a stand still, and at this point in time it doesn't look like Uber will be in Buffalo any time soon...

It's pretty sad to watch videos like this.  This girl is a young doctor who is currently in school at The University of Miami.  Should I say...she was going to be a young doctor.  When things like this happen, it can ruin an entire career.
