It's almost that time of year for the 11th Annual Labatt Blue Buffalo Pond Hockey Tournament  The event has has received so much interest which has made for an expansion for 2018.

The tournament will offer both a one-day tournament and larger week long event at Buffalo RiverWorks entertainment complex February 11 -18.

Registration kicks off on Saturday, December 16 at noon and will be first-come first-serve. Registration will close once all tournament spots are filled. Team captains can sign up at www.labattbluepondhockey.com. Upon registration, captains will need to select a division and age group, along with one of the two tournament options:

• The one-day tournament: Teams will play three-round robin games and any championship game that they reach in one day (Sunday, February 11).
• The week-long tournament: Teams will play one of their three games during the week (Tuesday, February 13 through Friday, February 16) and the remaining two games and championship games on Saturday, February 17 or Sunday, February 18. All games played during the week will start after 7 p.m.

More than 1000 players will compete across the novice, intermediate, advanced and elite divisions.
