I personally think the townhouse is beautiful and has great views. If I had a million to drop on a home, I'm not sure if a townhouse would be my first choice though. I guess if you work downtown, it's a great option since there really aren't any luxury homes downtown. Having lived down south, it always amazes me how much houses up north cost.
