Taste Of Country Riser Search Starts Now

106.5 WYRK is looking for the future of country music right here in Western New York!

From now through JANUARY 18, we will be searching for the next Taste of Country Riser - the next generation of country music talent.

If you think you have what it takes to be the next great country star, submit your name/band and a video of you performing an ORIGINAL country song below.

All entrants MUST perform as a full band.

The selected finalists will compete at Stir at Seneca Niagara Casino on Thursday, FEBRUARY 8, 2024.

This is a 21 and up event.

The winner will receive the opportunity to perform at WYRK's Taste of Country 2023.

The runner-up will receive the opportunity to perform at the Stars with Guitars Acoustic Show.

Please submit a YouTube/Video/Social Media LINK of you performing an original song in the form below.

Entries can be submitted through our website. Contestants who enter online may be contacted by WYRK to request additional information including, but not limited to, names of the band members, designated contact representative information, and .mp3 song demos or video files.

Bands are responsible for all travel to and from the venue.

All bands are limited to no more than 6 people on stage at once.

By submitting an entry the entrant agrees to the conditions outlined in the Performance, Release, and Authorization Agreement.
