Today's Hometown Hero comes to us originally from Buffalo and now lives in North Collins. He served for years in the Army and is still serving other veterans to this day. Our Hometown Hero is Paul Ministero.

Paul was in Berlin at the time "The Wall" was taken down, and several years ago, he rejoined the Army to serve. Unfortunately, he injured his shoulder and was never able to fully recover. Now he works as a call room service manager for the VA hospitals and loves it.

He is a great guy, a family man and a patriot through and through. He is always available to lend a hand. He is the guy that you see always wearing his Army hat and is very prideful of his brothers and his country.

We would like to say thank you to Paul for his service and are happy to call him this week's Hometown Hero.

Remember, if you would like to nominate someone who is currently serving our country or has served in the past, simply click the button below. We will honor a new Hometown Hero each week, and if their name is picked, not only do we mention them on the air but we also dedicate the first song on Noon Tunes to them.

Thank you once again to Paul Ministero, this week’s Hometown Hero!
