Even if you have no clue about soccer you'll be impressed by this goal scored by the U.S. Women's National Team player Christen Press. The team is in the qualifying stages for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, which is about six months away. The women are fresh off their World Cup victory in Canada this past year which made it the third time a US team has hoisted the coveted World Cup trophy.

The women are expected to make it to the Olympics with no problem, but they were also expected in previous Olympics to be a shoe in and barely made it in. If the women continue to play like they did against Costa Rica they should be fine. Especially if Christen Press continues these types of acrobatics.

What?! Let us not forget the goal that now holds the spot for the fastest goal scored in a game, which was previously held by now retired Abby Wambach. Alex Morgan made  quick start to the game by netting a goal at the 12 second mark!

Talk about starting off on the right foot. This is picture perfect from start to finish with a nice assist from Carli Lloyd's head. Catch full highlights from their 5-0 victory over Costa Rica and catch them this Saturday when they take on Mexico in Frisco, TX at 4 pm on NBC Live Extra orNBC Universo.
