WATCH: Thousands Of Lanterns Light Up Buffalo’s Outer Harbor

Liz gave us the heads up on this event a few weeks back and it finally happened this past weekend. 

Saturday (5/26) was a perfect evening for this event to take place along Buffalo's waterfront.

According to Liz's story:
