In the latest rankings from J.D. Power, the Wegmans Pharmacy was ranked #1 overall in the nation for customer satisfaction for Brick and Motor Supermarkets.

Wegmans received a score of 904 out of 1000 points to put it at the top of the category.

Wegmans has been ranked #1 in this category for the past three years. In 2016 they were ranked #2 behind Publix.

J.D Power polled over 13,000 pharmacy customers between June 2019 and May 2020 and each pharmacy was ranked on several different categories including, experience with the pharmacist and non-pharmacist staff, Pharmacy location and environment, and out-of-pocket price sensitivity and perceived value of prescription drugs.
